Also, allow sharing to the cloud for simultaneous editing. That being said, I realllllllyyyy wish OneNote would once-and-for-all just natively open, annotate, and save PDFs. Believe it or not, you can actually have two or more people editing the same PDF simultaneously.via Xodo's html viewer, android app, iOS app, windows phone app, W8.1 app, or W10 app.and it actually works! You can see their annotations within seconds. It's a good app and I wish they'd update it. Also, the second pen button will erase as well (though I find the eraser too thick). Then go back to the hand tool with your new color, and you can resume panning, zooming, and annotating.which works like a charm.
Then here's the tricky part: annotate somewhere and hit 'save' to exist the brush tool (otherwise, hand strokes will paint). To change color or thickness, hit the paint brush tool. At any time in 'hand mode' (pan & zoom mode), you can use the pen to annotate. It's cross-platform and the file size and speed are fantastic, even with heavily annotated pdfs.
